The Job Ready PM Package is an eight-session, 1:1 live coaching programme that takes you from "I know PM basics" to job-ready in four to eight weeks. It is built for the moment you are struggling to stand out with your resume, portfolio or interview presence.
How it works
Eight one-hour live sessions with Aakanksha Sharma, Group PM & Mentor at Microsoft: your resume rewritten from scratch (two drafts, ATS standards, storytelling structure); a Notion PM portfolio built from a provided template; behavioural interview preparation with STAR templates and a self-introduction strategy; technical interview preparation covering product sense, estimation, system design and execution rounds; two live case study drills chosen from an exclusive set of 25; a full LinkedIn rewrite; and a final application strategy session on where to apply, how to track roles and how to pick offers.
