What this programme is
The PM Career Foundation Package is a live, multi-week product management coaching programme that bundles three of our most popular tracks: the Job Ready PM Package, Strategic PM Training & Coaching, and Technical Product Manager Training. Together they cover the CEO mindset and strategic thinking, execution with Agile, roadmaps, OKRs and PM tools, and the job-search toolkit — resume, portfolio, LinkedIn and interviews.
How it works
Fourteen live sessions — eight strategic and six technical — delivered in flexible one-to-two-hour weekly slots over roughly 11 to 21 weeks, with 1:1 coaching from Aakanksha Sharma, Group PM & Mentor at Microsoft. Along the way you build three live AI product case studies using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Lovable, and rehearse behavioural and technical interviews with mock sessions.
